The Master of Science Degree and the Advanced Certificate Programs are designed to prepare students in two areas: school administration and supervision and school business administration.

Program Goals

1) develop insights into and understanding of theories of leadership, particularly as they relate to decision-making and curriculum work; 2) understand and develop human relations techniques; 3) use research methods for evaluating, understanding, and changing programs; 4) analyze the influence of the power structure on the operation and administration of public schools; 5) understand school law, personnel and business concepts; 6) apply knowledge and skills to the administrative internship.
