| Mission Statement |
| The School of Health Professions and Nursing offers a wide range
of undergraduate and graduate degree programs dedicated to establishing
professional competence in preparation for careers that address society's
health care needs. We prepare individuals for entry into and leadership
within health care careers by providing a solid intellectual foundation
and clinical expertise.
The learning environment integrates formal lectures and laboratory instruction with internships at regional health care facilities. This synthesis of didactic and clinical experience provides students with an outstanding educational foundation for professional practice, research and community service. |
