Public Safety Officer - Public Safety Department (C.W. Post Campus)
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College preferred. Good written and verbal skills and general computer knowledge is preferable. A valid NY State Driver's License and a valid NY State Guard License required. Must have completed both the 8 hour and the 16 hour Security Guard Training program. Graduate Admissions Counselor (C.W. Post Campus)
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; higher education experience desirable. Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills a must.

Technology Support Liaison - Information Technology Department (C.W. Post Campus)
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree in instructional design/technology or educational technology is preferred. Experience in teaching, training and designing instructional materials. Substantive experience providing instructional technology consultation for higher education faculty is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of commonly used instructional technologies; experience with WebCT/Blackboard, web design, graphic design, video editing, database design, and Microsoft products. Excellent written, oral communication, organizational and facilitation skills; must have excellent presentation skills. Academic teaching experience a plus. Self-motivated, self-starting with proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. Responsibilities: Create and deliver training courses for commonly used and innovative educational and administrative software and hardware. Design and implement faculty development workshops covering carious instructional technologies. Develop and maintain
collaborative relationships with faculty from varied disciplines, with goal of inspiring faculty to utilize new forms of instructional technology. Assist faculty in the design and development of Web-based class materials. Develop/provide group and individual faculty training on WebCT; Assist with the setup and administration of WebCT courses. Prepare, publicize, and promote training schedules and other available services; play key role in marketing these services and motivating faculty and staff to participate. Research and develop various training materials. Assist end users with campus software. Maintain and up-to-date knowledge of pedagogical trends in the utilization of instructional technologies. Maintain and assist with the administration of users. Install and apply software patches and upgrades. Implement systems enhancements. Implement and maintain a system for email marketing.
