Position Description: Represent C.W. Post at day and evening programs and during individual recruitment visits. Entry-level Database Marketing Analyst, Direct Marketing Advertising Distributors (DMAD)
Position Description and Responsibilities: Candidate will be involved in extracting and analyzing data for marketing campaigns, preparing data from multiple sources/formats for statistical research, ad-hoc report development and general data analytics support.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 year degree in applied math, statistics, economics, or related field, advanced experience with MS Excel, and moderate experience with MS Access needed (ability to develop queries a must), knowledge of SQL desired, some basic statistical coursework is a plus, some SAS experience is a strong plus, direct and/or database marketing coursework or internship preferred, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task are pluses.

Environmental Planners and Civil Engineer, New York City Department of Environmental Protection
Position Description and Responsibilities: Candidates for the Environmental Planner positions will support DEP’s ongoing land acquisition process by preparing relevant maps and documents, and assisting in the preparation of ULURP applications. Extensive interaction with private citizens and property owners. Candidates for the Engineer position will develop and review designs for constructed wetlands and storm water control structures such as weirs, culverts, headwalls, and riser boxes. Primary responsibilities include the management of the consultant’s work, the design review of plans and specifications, and checking construction documents for accuracy. Research, analysis and planning activities are also required.
Qualifications: Environmental Planner candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications, and ArcGIS. Engineering candidates should be proficient with AutoCAD, and MS Office applications. Relevant bachelor’s degrees and/or master’s degrees and one year experience also desirable.

Meals Program Manager
Position Description and Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for the agency’s interactions with the HIV Nutrition Program meal preparation subcontractors in the following areas: ordering, billing, quality control, and management of inventory. Position Description and Qualifications: Candidates for the Tax Auditor Trainee position serve a two year traineeship and upon completion, they advance to the position of Tax Auditor 1. The position requires a bachelor’s degree that includes or is supplemented by 24 credit hours of accounting (6 of which can be substituted for courses in a related field). Tax Auditor 1 must also have two years of paid full-time professional accounting and/or auditing experience, or possess a currently valid CPA license issued by New York State.

American Jewish Historical Society
