Director of Alumni Relations

Analyst – Keyspan
Position Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying and initially approving all pipeline and supplier invoices, including timely analysis and resolution of invoice-related discrepancies. 
Responsibilities: Support the KETS Gas Management systems and generate monthly cost of gas reports for internal needs.  Reconciliation between system transactions and discrepancies.  Resolution of billing discrepancies.  Tracking aged receivable transactions and provide follow-up with customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, Economics, and/or one year of industry experience.  Must have knowledge of financial reporting and cost accounting.  Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with management to explain complex financial transactions and reports.  Experience with Keyspan’s accounting procedures and/or energy cost analysis and gas cost accounting is desirable.

Supply Chain Administrator – Keyspan
Position Description: The Supply Chain Administrator will act as the liaison between Purchasing Professionals, Inventory Managers, Supply Chain End Clients and IT Analysts, and Programmers develop system fixes and enhance existing systems by testing and creating specifications.  The Supply Chain Administrator should have functional knowledge in Supply Chain Systems and Supply Chain Business processes.
Responsibilities: Analyzing business needs and developing appropriate functional or systematic solutions while working with clients in the development and delivery of a change management program for system implementation.  Interfacing between system application programmers and the client.  Implementing new software programs as well as maintaining existing system features.  Monitoring the existing daily, weekly and monthly processes from Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing, Order Management, MSCA Bar Coding, and Inventory modules as well as from Ariba eSourcing and XIGN.  Providing support as called upon outside of normal business hours either at night and/or weekends on a rotating basis with familiarity of Oracle, Ariba and Xign production jobs and assisting in troubleshooting and testing fixes when jobs/processes fail.
Qualifications: Four year college degree, or a minimum of 3 years equivalent job-related experience.  Candidates with the knowledge of Supply Chain and eInvoicing Systems are preferred.  Knowledge of Oracle Applications a plus.  Some travel required between company locations.  It is preferred that candidates have an understanding of the complexities of Internet based applications and Inventory system flows.

Position Description and Responsibilities: Insurance Premium Auditing.  The insurance premium auditor’s role usually comes into play after a commercial insurance policy has been issued.  The responsibility of an Insurance Premium Auditor is to determine correct premiums by obtaining the actual exposures based on manual rules and guidelines.  The Trainee/Associate program lasts approximately 2 to 3 months.
