Financial Aid Assistant

Facilities Services Departmental Manager
Position Description: Process and maintain customer service requests. Answer high volume telephones, keep vendor file open and distribute department mail. Inquiry Processor/Receptionist, Level III, Office of Admissions
Position Description and Responsibilities: Responsible for inputting all student inquiries that are sent to the Admissions Office and also responsible for working part of their day in the reception area. The inquiry processor will also be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Admissions Office mailings and support the Mail Processor at peak times with mail distribution. The Phone Bank Receptionist is responsible for answering all phone calls that come into the Admissions Office. Working in the Phone Bank involves interacting with prospective students, parents, alumni, etc. and helping them either by answering their questions, sending out information, or directing their call to another department. The position requires interaction between the other Phone Bank personnel, admissions processors and admissions counselors. The front desk receptionist works directly with the Phone Bank. In addition, the Phone Bank and front desk supervise college work study students. This is a Local 153 Union Position.
Hours: Monday through Friday; 35 hours per week – to be arranged.

Position Description: Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic & Student Affairs, the director will manage the day-to-day activities of the Office of Student & Professional Affairs.
