Digital Arts Lab Technology Manager, Art Department

Position Description and Responsibilities: Candidate will manage the computer lab for Graphic Design and Photographic Departments.  The candidate must have knowledge of Macintosh platforms and local and wide area networks.  Primary responsibilities include overseeing approximately ninety workstations running off an Apple server, managing and maintaining a local area network within the University-wide area network and maintaining and ordering supplies for peripherals (printers and scanners).
Qualifications: Candidate must have knowledge of high quality, large format printing and printers.  Ongoing maintenance and upgrading of software for server and workstations, as well as training and scheduling of lab technicians and graduate assistants.  Professional experience is preferred.  Hours are regular business, with some flexibility, some nights, and possibly some weekends.

Position Description and Responsibilities: The candidate will learn all facets of how a small business operation is run.  From marketing and management to the financial and administrative functions of the business, the candidate will build long-term and loyal relationships with customers, accounts and co-workers.  Training begins as observational at a rental branch, and then, the candidate spends a week in corporate classroom training, and then the structured 9 month training program begins.

Applied Behavioral Specialist/Psychologist, The Mental Health Association of Nassau County
Position Description and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for generating functional assessments on each child, developing individualized behavior modification programs, maintaining client records and participating in staff training and development.  The candidate will also be required to prepare all necessary reports, progress evaluations and act as a liaison between school and residential staff in coordinating effective treatment procedures for each resident.  The psychologist works as part of a team that makes a remarkable difference in the lives of autistic children. 
Qualifications: A minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, and experience in ABA training.  This position is 40 hours per week, and hours are flexible but require a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
