Sales Management Training Program, Enterprise
Position Description and Responsibilities: The candidate will learn all facets of how a small business operation is run. From marketing and management to the financial and administrative functions of the business, the candidate will build long-term and loyal relationships with customers, accounts and co-workers. Training begins as observational at a rental branch, and then, the candidate spends a week in corporate classroom training, and then the structured 9 month training program begins.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four year accredited college strongly preferred, sales, marketing, or management background is helpful, evidence of sound math and communication/leadership skills is helpful, customer service or retail experience, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Storage Analyst/Technical Field Engineer, ZiBiz
Position Description and Responsibilities: The candidate will perform 2nd and 3rd level phone and onsite support for enterprise level storage service customers (banks and pharmaceutical companies). The candidate will also work with leading manufacturer disk and tape (EMC/StorageTek), troubleshoot and repair tape hardware (circuit boards, headers, leaders). The candidate will finally package and ship tape and disk systems, parts, media, etc., and diagnose/troubleshoot tape libraries and drives, and disks.

The position exercises discretion and judgment in evaluation of coverage and liability and negotiation and settlement of claims up to established authority. The candidate will investigate, evaluate, coordinate and settle complex bodily injury claims. The position requires 3-5 years experience handling complex auto claims and 2 years adjusting experience including automobile, property and bodily injury claims. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Claims Representative II (Hawthorne, Hicksville, and Mineola, NY)
The candidate will adjust auto accident claims in a high volume and fast paced environment. The candidate will write estimates on damaged vehicles in the field, contact all parties involved in the accident, and investigate the accident, which includes taking statements, scene investigation, vehicle damage analysis, injury evaluation, and bring claims to closure quickly and fairly. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1-2 years experience handling auto insurance claims.

Associate – Data Support
The Associate will be responsible for researching technology changes for NPD’s various online Music and Video services and then apply those changes to the incoming data via business rules.
