Seventh Annual Parent Education Network Conference
to be Held at C.W. Post Campus

On Tuesday, March 26, 2002, more than 300 parents, educators, social workers and school administrators will attend the Long Island Parent Education Network's Seventh Annual Conference. This year, the conference titled "Aftermath of September 11: Helping Children (and the rest of us) Cope" will be held at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University. At various workshops, parenting experts, psychologists, and educators will present and discuss various topics related to coping with the aftermath of September 11. Workshop subjects will include posttraumatic stress, coping skills, anger, depression, drugs and others. Keynote speaker is New York State Comtroller, H. Carl McCall.
