Experts Lend Advice on Long Island’s Real Estate Market

A dynamic panel of real estate experts gave advice and important information concerning many aspects of real estate on Long Island at a June 5, 2003 seminar held on the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville.

The event was sponsored by the Real Estate Practitioner's Institute of the C.W. Post Campus and the Association for a Better Long Island. "Island of Change" featured a two-part public panel discussion that covered such areas as the future of residential real estate; transportation issues; affordable housing; the redevelopment of "brownfields" (contaminated or otherwise less desirable properties); independent power production; and the government’s perspective on planning.
