"Bulking Up Your Equity:
Market Opportunities and 1031 Exchanges"
Real
Estate Symposium at C.W. Post
On Thursday, June 3, 2004 real estate practitioners from across
Long Island learned about market opportunities and tax deferrals
on properties at the 2004 spring seminar sponsored by the Real Estate
Practitioners Institute of Long Island. The day-long seminar,
titled "Bulking Up Your Equity: Market Opportunities and 1031
Exchanges," took place in Hillwood Commons Lecture Hall at
the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville, NY.
The event was co-sponsored by the Association for a Better Long
Island (ABLI) and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society.
The Real Estate Practitioners Institute
of Long Island was founded in 1973 to serve the Long Island real
estate community. It provides continuing education programs and
hosts professional development seminars and networking luncheons.
The Real Estate Practitioners Institute
is part of the Department of Continuing Education & Professional
Studies at the C.W. Post Campus.
