It’s Briefcases, Not Backpacks, at Camp Business
Two-week program of business courses sponsored by C.W. Post and Commerce Bank

Fifty high school students from across Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester County were selected to take part in Camp Business, a free, two-week program of business education seminars at the C.W. Post Campus Aug. 14-24, 2006. The curriculum, written and taught by professors from the C.W. Post College of Management and instructors from the Commerce Bank corporate training center in Cherry Hill, N.J., focused on entrepreneurship and covered subjects including problem solving, using technology, leadership and team-building in the workplace. Courses such as Creating a Professional Image and Business Etiquette and What You Need to Know (But They Never Tell You) About Managing provided campers with in-depth, expert perspective – and showed them that business is engaging, exciting and fun.
