C.W. Post Offers Special Workshop and Open
House November 5
Brookville, N.Y. – College students will have
an excellent opportunity to explore the benefits of transferring
to the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University during an open
house on Sunday, Nov. 5.
A special workshop for prospective transfer students
will be offered at the Campus’ newly expanded Transfer Center
in Kumble Hall. Students are encouraged to bring transcripts for
on-the-spot review with admissions counselors. If accepted, they
can enroll immediately for spring 2007 classes, which begin January
22.
Professors, academic counselors, residence life
leaders and others will be on hand to answer questions about degree
programs – such as the new five-year bachelor’s degree
and M.B.A. in business administration – and campus life.
Information will be available on financial aid, including special
scholarships reserved for transfer students.
The open house will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at
