C.W. Post Flute Players Take Master Classes with Sir James and Lady Jeanne Galway

Flute players at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University will long cherish the fabulous experience they had of performing at Tilles Center for the Performing Arts with Sir James and Lady Jeanne Galway, two of the world's most honored flutists. The Galways, having donated their services for Tilles Center's Endowment Dinner concert, spent the whole weekend, March 15-16, 2008 on the C.W. Post Campus as they worked with flute players from all across Long Island in a series of incredible master classes. C.W. Post Adjunct Professor Susan Deaver is shown with her flute students and the Galways. Professor Deaver assisted Tilles Center's general manager George Lindsay in organizing this once-in-a-lifetime event.
