Moderator: Dr. Michael Hogan, Associate Dean, C.W. Post School of Education
Issues to discuss: families, children, tax reform, social security, welfare, poverty, abortion, the national budget and the economy.
Wednesday, October 29
SGA issues forum - "Let's Politic"
8 p.m., Hillwood Commons Lecture Hall
Moderator: Dr. Roger Goldstein, Chair, C.W. Post Department of Political Science/International Studies
Issues to discuss: education, infrastructure, technology, job market, environment, energy use, oil, homeland security, war and peace.
Tuesday, November 4
C.W. Post will provide van transportation to and from the local poling site for any student who wants to vote and does not have a way to get to Jericho High School. The van will run 12 p.m.-4 p.m., with trips every 30 minutes. For more information call 516-299-2800.
