C.W. Post Art Department Faculty Exhibition 2000
An exhibition of art by faculty members from the Art Department
at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University will be on display
from November 27 through December 17, 2000 at the Hillwood Art Museum
The exhibition includes painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking,
photography, digital art, ceramics and multi-media objects. More
than 30 professors are participating. An opening reception, where
the public will have the opportunity to meet several of the artists,
will be held on Tuesday, November 28 from 5 to 8 p.m.The exhibition
and its events are free and open to the public.
Hillwood Art Museum is open Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. and remains open until 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evenings;
Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum is located in Hillwood
Commons on the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, 720 Northern
Boulevard, Brookville.
