C.W. Post to Hold Science Expo April 19
Experience the wonders and uncover the mysteries of science and technology
through demonstrations, shows and exhibits at the C.W. Post Campus of Long
Island University's 9th Biennial Science Expo on Sunday, April 19.
The Expo will showcase more than 80 exhibitions featuring interactive
multi- media, computer graphics, dinosaur fossils, a planetarium sky show,
live birds of prey, snakes and lizards, and much more. This science extravaganza
offers hands-on activities designed to educate and entertain adults and
children of all ages.
Local organizations, along with students and faculty from C.W. Post
and Long Island high schools, will coordinate the demonstrations, displays
and discussions.
The Science Expo will take place rain or shine from 1 to 5 p.m. in Humanities
Hall and Pell Hall-Life Sciences located on the C.W. Post Campus of Long
Island University, Northern Boulevard (Route 25A), Brookville. Admission
