Welcome to the best C.W. Post has to offer! Pride Rowing is comprised of a group of talented, dedicated student-athletes who embody the values of the university and of their sport. We work hard, we train hard, and we play hard. As a group, we continue to rise to the challenge to reach beyond ordinary limits in pursuit of the extraordinary performance that our coaches, teammates, this university, and the sport of rowing have come to expect and demand.

We put so much of ourselves into this team, because we know how great the rewards are in return. What we learn about commitment, leadership, time management, and working together are invaluable skills that carry over into all aspects of our lives. We learn, grow, and travel together creating memories and friendships that last a lifetime, and we become addicted to the greatest team sport of all time. Above all, we have a lot of fun!
