Welcome Southampton Undergraduate Students!

The Office of Transition Services provides assistance to Southampton College students who are completing their Southampton College degrees at C.W. Post. The staff of the office helps students by offering guidance in fulfilling Southampton College degree requirements, navigating the advising and registration process, arranging for internships and co-ops, and serving as a liaison with campus administrators.
