The Department of Music offers its condolences to the family of Joseph R. Sugar on his passing.
An esteemed member of our Music Education faculty and Adviser to the Department Chair for Music Education, for nearly 20 years he has had a deep and long lasting influence on our Department in so many ways.
His absence will be profoundly felt by us all.
